Air reservations made independently of MC Travel Management will not receive support.
- Hotels
Hotel bookings facilitated by MC Travel Management that offer commissions are not subject to booking fees.
Booking Hotels with Miles/Points: $250.00 fee per room.
Hotel bookings made through providers other than MC Travel Management will incur a support fee of $250.00.
- Travel Agent Sourcing
Fee: A 10% fee applied to vendors that do not pay a commission to MC Travel Management.
- Concierge Service Fee
Applies To Booking Of Restaurants, Spa, Beauty Treatments, Among Other Special Professional Services Worldwide, Prior To Or During Your Trip, As Well As Written Or By Phone Reconfirmations And Follow-ups.
- $300 per trip (3-5 days)
- $500 per trip (7-10 days)

- Planning Fee
For the intricate nature of various trips and the extensive research required, we may charge a planning fee beginning at $150 and above. The exact fee will be provided prior to the commencement of our services.
All pricing is for Leisure travel, not group travel.
